i. it's a happy post!

habonikiens said that my blog is depressing, wallowing, whining, and suicidal.

though i did not get his comment word for word, he made me realize that my blog has been getting so intolerably flooded with dark, serious topics that nobody really gives a damn about. anyways, i primarily intended to make this blog an outlet of my intellectual thoughts [if my thoughts are really intellectual], so i guess it's logical if i really am so wallowy. oh shit, now i'm starting to get serious again. i'm happy and this is a happy blog. weeeeeeee. [background music: makulay ang buhay]

happy thought #1: i should have posted this one a long time ago. this was taken during our first production night for Sigaw, Kalayaan's official newsletter wherein i was unknowingly unlucky enough to be the EIC. nostalgia*i really look like a korean superstar* from 9pm to 6:30am, the only things we did were taking silly photos and other stuffs so un-journalistic. but it was really fun. bummer,how i wish God could give us a better source of productivity. happier thought: perhpas God will really do. hmm.

ii. happy/not-happy

happy thought #2: unfortunately, Leya hasn't uploaded pics from our 2nd prod night, save for this not so actual photo of me getting violently abused by Ate Wennah, wahaha. which makes me wonder, am i really that despicable? just yesterday i was able to finish my last assigned article about public display of affection in our dorm, and we were also able to wrap up things including the drawing for our margarita column [bwahaha]. unfortunately i won't be able to post my articles here since the first issue is yet to be published but i told our layout artist, Wang, that we should upload a PDF file somewhere in the net.

iii. realizations

last week wasn't as hellish as i thought it would be. lucky for me, our Philo finals was cancelled because our 25-year old prof was flying off to UK, so we were left doing nothing. however the math exam was rather sad, i forgot to graph because i overlooked the directions again. damn, those pasang-awa grades are getting so annoying already. i nearly aced my german exam but i was deducted 0.5 because of a misplaced umlaut so i had to settle for a 49.5/50. syet. omaygad, i forgot, i'm supposed to be happy. happy thought #3: kalai life is really, oddly fun.napaka vain ng Sigaw

ate wennah: kailangan natin gumawa ng article stating our stand sa death ni Cris Mendez. sa kalai kasi, may mga issues na na yung ibang mga magulang, pinapalipat na nila yung mga anak nila by next sem kasi natatakot sila. so, ano mga opinion ninyo?

me: kung ako lang naman ate, kung mamamatay ka, eh di mamatay ka. kasi i find it senseless na masyadong pinoprotektahan nung mga magulang yung mga anak nila, eh pano kami matututo ? di ba nga, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger? yun nga lang, pag namatay ka eh patay ka na talaga.

tumawa sila. tama naman sinabi ko eh. ansama.

last happy thought: hindi ako naniniwalang happy post ito. yun lang.
